Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You can return most items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. During the Christmas/New Year's Holiday, orders placed from Dec 15 - Jan 4 have a return window of 45 days.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless specified otherwise)
How to Initiate a Return
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@for-shan.com or use the Chat option on our site to request a return. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization (downloadable or printable label) and instructions on how to proceed with the return at no cost to you. There are no associated costs for restocking fees as well.
Refund Process
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will immediately process your refund. You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no additional charge.
