The Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT) provides a 24-hour, seven day a week service used for assessment and treatment of mentally ill people in crisis situations.

Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provides assessment and treatment 7 days a week during business hours. Referrals are received from General Practitioners, School Counsellors or other concerned health professionals.

Youth Navigator can connect young ACT residents aged between 6 and 24 years to local mental health services and resources. A Clinical Youth Navigator may be able to offer free counselling sessions to support you while you wait for local services to start.
Helps older Canberrans who are experiencing moderate to severe mental illness. The Team provides help to people who are:
• 65 years old or older
• Aboriginal and aged over 50 years
• a person with younger onset of ageing
• living in a nursing home.
A central point of contact if you or anyone you know is experiencing an eating disorder or disordered eating behaviour.
Offers both day and in-patient programs and support for more than 500 patients a year who exhibit common mental health conditions including anxiety, depression and mood disorders.
Provides a range of free, integrated services and programs for individuals, family members and friends impacted by alcohol, tobacco and other drug use, mental health and other complex health issues in the ACT and regional NSW.
Supports all people affected by domestic/family violence. This includes people who are subjected to violence and abuse and people who use violence and abuse
Available for any adult, child, or young person who has experienced any form of sexual abuse (adult rape, childhood sexual abuse, ritual abuse or sexual harassment) whether it is a recent assault or an assault that happened years ago. CRCC provides crisis lines, counselling and advocacy, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities support, and community education programs.
